So it's now been a year since leaving the UK and starting the next chapter of our lives in Whanganui. It seems like only yesterday that we were packing up our belongings in Bristol but at the same time it feels like a lifetime ago!
We are slowly settling into life in Whanganui, have made some great friends and already had lots of adventures by foot, bike and of course on the snow. It hasn't all been easy but the most rewarding things in life tend to be those we have to work at a little.
I am now working part time with the Bike Team helping school kids to ride bikes with the aim of hopefully getting more children to be active and to ride their bikes to school rather than travel by car. I am also spending a couple of days a week working on my Personal Trainer business and have had the pleasure of working with some great clients over the past year. I have also managed to successfully complete the following courses - Outdoor Fitness, Circuits, Indoor Cycling, Sports Conditioning and Exercise Referral. I am also just finalising my study in Pre and Post Natal Fitness.
I currently offer one to one sessions or small group (2-4 people) training in a location to suit you - this could either be in a local park or at your home or mine. I am also looking to start up a group strength session so watch this space.
