ONE TO ONE PERSONAL TRAINING

One to one personal training sessions tailored to your individual goals.

Choose from 45min or 60min sessions and take you health and fitness to the next level.

By working one on one with me you will have all the support and guidance you need to help you reach your health & fitness goals. 

SEMI PRIVATE OR SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Have fun and experience the added motivation of working out in small groups of 2-4 people.

TRAINING PROGRAMMES/ONLINE SESSIONS

Personal training programmes to suit your individual needs.  I can also help with training plans for specific goals such as sporting events.
